Welcome to my website! As many of you know I am a wife, mother of 5 (two bonus daughters and three littles of my own), an attorney and also a cast member of the Real Housewives of Orange County. I'm also the girl that gained 35-40 pounds in a very small amount of time while filming a reality TV show.

My rapid weight gain was due to lots of factors: age, depression, arthritis, chronic pain, bad eating habits, etc..! Many of you have followed my own personal journey of taking back control of my life and how working out consistently and learning how to eat healthy and nutritious meals has led me back to feeling like my old self again. I thank you for your encouragement and positive comments through my journey. The comments you all share with me via social media are inspiring and encouraging.
