Join Emily Simpson from The Real Housewives of Orange County and trainer Paulina from Paulina Fitness. This challenging workout was designed to lean the legs-- consisting of compound movements that target the lower body. As always, you'll end with "Emily's Signature Finisher" to lift and firm the booty.
If you'd like to keep going after the 30 minutes are up, add on a workout from the Abs Collection. Also, we recommend to stretch and drink lot's of water!
