Join Emily Simpson from The Real Housewives of Orange County and trainer Paulina from Paulina Fitness. This workout is 3 rounds featuring a 3-2-1 format that targets the lower body. Each round will repeat one exercise for 3 minutes, another for 2 minutes, and a final exercise for 1 minute. Finish strong with "Emily's Signature Finisher" which is her favorite way to wrap up every workout.

If you're feeling up for the challenge, select one of the Ab workouts and don't forget to stretch and drink plenty of water.
